Ardmor Operations provides operational systems consulting services to Victorian manufacturers, including:

- Ardmor Hub subscription — a software platform for operational management, compliance monitoring, and safety systems (Safety, Operations, and Operations Plus tiers); and
- Managed by Ardmor — a done-for-you retainer service where Ardmor staff maintain and improve your operational systems.
Specific terms governing the Ardmor Hub subscription (including data handling, uptime commitments, and cancellation) are set out in the Hub Service Agreement presented at sign-up.
2. Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- use this website in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
- transmit unsolicited commercial communications;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its infrastructure; or
- use automated tools to scrape, copy, or republish content from this website without our written consent.
3. Enquiries and booking forms
When you submit an enquiry or booking form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to engage Ardmor on behalf of your business.
Submitting a form is not a binding contract. A service engagement is formed only when Ardmor issues a written proposal or invoice and you accept it in writing (including by email).
4. Site Assessment — specific terms
- Fee: The Initial Safety & Operations Audit fee is as quoted at the time of booking. The current listed price is $1,800 AUD for sites within Greater Melbourne. Travel charges may apply outside this area.
- Credit: Where stated in writing at the time of booking, the audit fee is credited in full against your Ardmor Hub subscription if you subscribe within 90 days of receiving your report, applied month by month until the credit is exhausted (credit valid 24 months).
- Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled site visit incur no fee. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the audit fee.
- Report delivery: We target delivery within 24 hours of the site visit. Delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g. incomplete access to site areas) may extend this timeframe. We will notify you promptly of any delay.
- No obligation: Receipt of an audit report creates no obligation to engage Ardmor for further services.

10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ardmor's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services is limited to the total fees paid by you to Ardmor in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Ardmor is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage, including loss of revenue, profit, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such loss.
