One option, everything in it. Our team keeps your documents and registers current, works the compliance calendar and reviews the site with you each month — 6 hours a month of real work, then $220 an hour beyond it. We are on your floor 5 times a year for 2 hours, roughly every ten weeks. The Operations plan is included, so you get the full maintenance system as part of it rather than as an upgrade.

Questions people actually ask
- What happens when we hire more people?
- Nothing. The price is per site and workers are unlimited, so going from 12 people to 40 does not change what you pay. This is the main way we differ from safety software priced per seat, where the same growth roughly triples the bill.
- What does a second site cost?
- A second site is a second subscription at the same rate. There is no per-site discount published — if you run several sites, call and we will work it out against what you actually need rather than a tier name.
- Is anything charged per use?
- No. Documents drafted for you have a monthly allowance by plan, and the allowance is generous rather than a meter — 30 a month on Safety, 50 on Operations. Nothing expires into a top-up you have to buy.
- Is the free tier a trial?
- No, and there is no clock on it. No card is required. It exists so a business can record hazards and run routine forms properly before deciding anything.
- What if we cancel?
- Your records are yours. Export them and go — there is no exit fee and no minimum term.
- Do you charge for the on-site audit?
- Not at the moment. It is normally $1,800 — complimentary while we're onboarding our first sites for manufacturers across Melbourne. Nothing to pay and nothing to sign — many businesses take the report and act on it themselves.
