Who we are

Ardmor Operations is a Victorian workplace safety and operations company built by two operators with 30 years of combined manufacturing experience. Our founder, Taylor Scott, spent 10+ years as a Production Manager at a major Victorian manufacturer — running production, WHS compliance and operational improvement from the floor, not from a seminar room. Our QA and systems specialist brings 20 years in quality assurance, safety management and operational systems.

That background shapes everything: we walk onto a factory floor and know what we're looking at, because we've run the same shifts, chased the same breakdowns, and sat in the same incident reviews.

What we do

One system, three ways in. The Ardmor Hub is our live platform for workplace safety, compliance and maintenance — health score, registers, inspections, incidents, the compliance calendar and a full CMMS, flat-priced per site with unlimited workers. Around it, our team offers on-site assessments (an expert audit across 8 operational categories, report within 24 hours) and Managed Safety, where we run your safety and compliance for you. And for businesses that just need the paperwork first, the Safety Shop supplies professionally prepared WHS document packs.

What we stand behind

• Victorian law, specifically. The OHS Act 2004, the OHS Regulations 2017, WorkSafe Victoria guidance and the Food Act 1984 are mapped into our platform and our assessments — not generic national templates with the wrong Act cited.
• Your documents stay yours. Keep them in your own SharePoint or Drive — we link, we don't lock in. No long contracts; cancel anytime.
• Flat per-site pricing. Unlimited workers, no per-seat fees — a safety system the whole floor can actually be on.
