Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 June 2026
1. What personal information we collect
When you use this website (ardmor.com.au), we may collect:
- Contact and enquiry information — your name, business name, email address, phone number, industry, and the operational concerns you describe when you submit the booking/enquiry form.
- Anonymous analytics — a randomly-generated session identifier, the page URL visited, and a timestamp. This contains no information that identifies you personally.
We do not collect sensitive information (as defined by the Privacy Act) through this website. If you become an Ardmor Hub client, a separate privacy notice covering Hub data applies.
2. How we collect it
We collect personal information directly from you when you:
- complete the site assessment booking form;
- contact us by phone or email; or
- browse pages on this website (analytics only, no cookies used to identify you).
We do not use tracking cookies, third-party advertising pixels, or cross-site trackers on ardmor.com.au.
3. Why we collect and use it
We use the personal information you provide to:
- respond to your enquiry and schedule a site assessment;
- send you the information you requested about our services;
- follow up after a discovery call or site visit;
- improve our website and services (using aggregated, non-identifying analytics); and
- comply with our legal obligations.
We will not use your personal information for direct marketing without your consent, and we will never sell it.
4. Who we disclose it to
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose it to:
- Our team — staff and contractors who need it to respond to your enquiry or conduct your audit.
- Technology sub-processors — the platforms listed below that we use to operate this website. Each is bound by data processing agreements.
| Sub-processor | Purpose | Data location |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database — stores form submissions | Australia (Sydney, AWS ap-southeast-2) |
| Vercel | Website hosting and edge delivery | Australia + global edge (no personal data cached at edge) |
We will disclose your information if required by law, a court order, or a regulatory authority.
5. Overseas disclosure (APP 8)
Your form submission data is stored in Supabase's Australia (Sydney) region. Vercel's edge network is global; however, personal data from form submissions is not stored at edge nodes — it is processed server-side and written to the AU-region database only.
To the extent any personal information is handled by an overseas recipient, we take reasonable steps to ensure that recipient handles it consistently with the APPs.
6. How we protect your information
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. These include:
- encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit;
- database-level row-level security policies;
- access controls limiting who can read form submissions; and
- regular security reviews of our infrastructure.
7. How long we keep it
We retain enquiry and booking information for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the relationship and comply with our legal obligations — typically up to 7 years for business records, in line with Australian taxation and corporate record-keeping requirements.
Anonymous analytics data (session ID, page, timestamp) is retained for up to 24 months and then deleted.
8. Your rights
Under the Privacy Act and the APPs, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct information that is inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete;
- Request deletion of your information, where we are not required by law to retain it.
To make a request, contact us at info@ardmor.com.au. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first at info@ardmor.com.au. We will investigate and respond within 30 days.
If you remain unsatisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC):
- Website: www.oaic.gov.au
- Phone: 1300 363 992
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of this website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
